Our client is the leading supplier of Stoma Care, Wound Care and Continence Care products and services within the UK and Ireland. This is a key role which has been developed to provide an ethical professional support service to patients using an anal irrigation system. To develop the anal irrigation market and maximize opportunities for the product range.

Overview of the role: Presenting and detailing the brand solution, ensure patient adoption of product through healthcare professional or direct training and follow up of the patient. Identifying and maximizing opportunities and working in collaboration with the regional team to achieve commercial success for the brand

Role requirements:

Presenting, selling and growing the product range with any relevant customers with a clinical need for the product, with a specific focus on spinal centres; key neurological centres; and colorectal centres

To deliver education and training on a group and individual basis for key identified customer groups to create empowerment and commercial success

Achieve six month and annual sales targets through proactive growth of the product portfolio

Implement sales and marketing campaigns in order to deliver on agreed results

Develop relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders to be advocates of the company

To promote a 'one company mindset' both internally and externally

'Listen and respond' when necessary to deliver high performance

Support and embrace the company initiative for constant improvement

Demonstrate the company mission, values and leadership competencies

Support the global agenda

Essential: Nursing / Clinical qualifications and experience, together with a current NMC Registration

Person/Experience Required

Nursing experience within continence, colorectal, bowel management or spinal rehab centres

Business / Commercial experience is preferred

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Passion to help patients deal with key healthcare needs

Commercially focused, with proven ability to identify opportunities, and proactively drive and deliver strong results

Exceptional listening skills and strong presentation and communication skills

Demonstrate effective time management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written communication capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
