Oncology Commercial Manager

As the successful candidate you will work closely with shared service functions including logistics, regulatory affairs, medical information, pharmacovigilance etc. as well as other relevant stake holders in the matrix organisation across the EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) region.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Alliance management of commercial partners
• Co-ordinate and motivate internal stakeholders inc:
• Maintain supply chain integrity, monthly demand plans/DCSF completion, support order book management,
• Motivate and prioritise the company products within partners portfolio to ensure sales metrics are maximised and achieved
• Ensure partners meet the company’s compliance and operating standards
• Regulatory strategy development collaboration with the companies’ Global Regulatory Affairs team
• Market access strategy development with the Global Value Access team

EPMBG Brands Management –
• Responsible for the Oncology Brands and to centrally manage these assets in order to maximise the value across the EMEA region
• Develop & Execute centrally agreed strategy and tactics in line with necessary adaptations to suit the local environment.
• Provide regular and timely updates to Unit Head, beyond formal updates to Business Unit management.
• Facilitate to fulfil Pack changes, PV details, Manufacturing, logistics, Pricing, regulatory & medical requirements, medical inquiries, etc. necessary to maintain the brand working together with relevant stake holders including Medical Manager, EPMBG
• Maintain relationships with a broad base of internal and external customers/accounts associated with products and act as focal point for all internal and external product related communications if needed
• Provide immediate and high-quality support to requests from the customers working together with relevant stakeholders including shared service functions
• Provide production forecasts together with Business Intelligence team and liaise with logistics to ensure a smooth supply of product. Attend S&OP meeting with EML
• Plan and control an agreed product budget. Liaise with other stakeholders (e.g. purchasing) as necessary
• Work with EMEA Business Intelligence to identify needs for product and commissions market research in order to maximize the product potential
• Develop and maintain product and competitor knowledge and an awareness of the market environment. Monitor, interpret and act on KPI data

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have proven sales experience. Commercial management/international experience is expected and experience in Oncology marketing brand management is preferable.
