We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as an Account Manager within the Negative Pressure market. This exciting role will be working across South West London, Surrey and Sussex. The main purpose of this role is to hold and develop enviable relationships with key customers within target accounts to increase sales and market share growth of the assigned products on the territory in line with expectations.

Requirements:
Experience of working within Negative Pressure environment in a Sales role.
Graduate or Tertiary level education.
Recognised sales or account management training.
Selling experience within medical/pharma industry.
Experience of Primary Care and Secondary Care sales.
Demonstrated skill in working with different levels & types of customer groups and influencing key decision makers Consultants.
Good knowledge in technical information and Human Physiology.
Excellent skill and technical knowledge and operate at an independent level.
Ability to demonstrate good understanding of NHS developments, health reforms, NHS Operating plan, NHS targets, competitor and own product knowledge to colleagues.
Experience working with a wide range of specialist and culturally diverse people, influencing them to get things done.
Multi-functional team working and principles of organisational networking.

Role Responsibilities:
Delivery of sales targets across territory.
Championing change with procurement and clinical management using our clinical data and business proposals.
Develop strong business relationships with key Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Procurement leads & where appropriate, hospital management.
Holding clinical meetings/training sessions to showcase and demonstrate NPWT products ensuring their safe & effective usage.
Working closely with regional matrix colleagues / NPWT Clinical Specialists to maximise cross-business sales opportunities.
Be competent in the operating theatre environment in supporting and Training Teams in the safe and effective use of our product.
Hold relevant MIA accreditation.
Demonstrates in-depth clinical and product knowledge within key indication areas.
Produce specific account growth plans detailing actions and resources by building comprehensive Business plans aligned to the matrix Team.
Maximise the clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines.
Drive and support product implementation across care settings.
Initiate and drive (hospital/community) product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers and working with Medical Affairs colleague / NPWT Clinical Specialists.
Support the development of business cases for financing of products through liaison with key clinical decision makers in conjunction with HDMs.
