We have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic and market leading Pharmaceutical company who have a range of products within the Oncology market. If you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment as a Key Account Manager, then this position may be for you. In this role you will be responsible for the sales performance across the East of England, incorporating Essex, Ipswich, South End on Sea, Cambridge, Norfolk, Norwich and Mount Vernon, driving our client’s Oncology portfolio.

Essential Requirements:
You must have previous specialist Secondary Care sales experience and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success.
Preferably experienced within the Oncology arena.
Ideally high cost drug sales experience would be preferred.
You should be of graduate-calibre, able to develop and maintain high levels of therapeutic and NHS knowledge.
You will be competitive and highly self-motivated, as well as possess strong communication skills and a keen team work ethic.
You should have a good understanding and evidence of implementing account management.
ABPI Qualification.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
You will sell our client’s brands to Healthcare Professionals across a number of Local Healthcare Economy accounts, always representing the company’s high ethical standards.
You will work as part of a team of Account Managers and be responsible for selling to Prescribers.
You will use the company’s principles of Account Management to develop effective account plans for the current and future Oncology portfolio.
You will then implement the account plans and deliver sales performance across a number of different Cancers.
You will need to develop strong customer relationships built on your understanding of their needs and your ability to establish your credibility by satisfying those needs.
You will need to contribute positively to the Sales Team and broader account team you work within.
