We are currently recruiting for a market leading Healthcare organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as an Infusion System Sales Specialist within the Diabetes market. This exciting role will be working across South London. Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to work with our customers to sell, train and support in this area. As an Infusion Specialist you will be required to promote and support the transition from ‘Insulin Pen to Insulin Pump’ therapy for people with Diabetes.

Requirements:
Strong Medical Sales experience (Diabetes would be an advantage).
Sales experience within Diabetes would be advantageous.
A deep understanding of the clinical management of Diabetes would be desirable.
A strong desire to enable people with Diabetes to lead an unrestricted life.
Strong empathy and customer care skills.
Excellent organisation and communications skills.

Role Responsibilities:
Plan and implement actions to achieve agreed business objectives.
Train Healthcare professionals to enable them to train patients in the use of the companies Infusion Systems products.
Liaise with Budget Holders, Payers and Commissioners across Primary and Secondary Care to secure funding for Insulin Pump therapy, and identify funding pathways for pump and consumable ordering.
Gather and seek out information about customers, competitors and the market and ensure it is communicated and actioned appropriately and that records are up to date on the company’s system.
Prepare and communicate accurate forecasts to enable the business to plan effectively.
Ensure that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as outlined in ‘Infusions Standards & Expectations’.
Identify new opportunities to grow customer base or product range to increase business within the territory.
Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to.
Develop individual MATCH selling skills and maintain technical knowledge to Company standards.
Negotiate (within guidelines) prices, apply appropriate discounts and terms via our internal quotations process, within a defined product range.
To allocate and use sponsorship budget on agreed activities to achieve sales targets, within agreed budget.
In conjunction with Line Management and/or colleagues initiate and act upon a Personal Development Plan. (PDP).
