Our client is a global innovation-driven biopharmaceutical company specialising in the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of prescription medicines that make a meaningful difference in healthcare.



Exciting opportunity for an experienced customer insight manager with market research experience to work as a Channel Analysis Manager.



The Channels Analysis Manager will provide knowledge and insight on customer behaviour and channel preferences across the full range of Brands to the National Channel Manager. The Channels Analysis Manager will need to have an in-depth understanding of new/existing delivery channels that are available and help determine the best fit for the brand portfolio.



Key responsibilities include accountability for facilitating channel segmentation based on objective assessment of customer insight/opportunities for the Brand portfolio, steering and monitoring customer research, monitoring and maintaining a set of channel KPIs and supporting the management of suppliers and contractors



Three key result areas consist of Customer Insight, Quantitative Analysis and Tracking and Competitor Activity.



Qualifications

Essential: Educated to degree level or equivalent, full UK driving licence



Person/Experience Required

Essential: Deep knowledge of customer channels (multi channels e.g. FMCG). Knowledge of channel business information and analytical tools, customer insight and market research experience (within or outside of the pharmaceutical industry). Knowledge of data mining techniques (statistical modelling, predictive models, forecasting)

Desirable: Understanding of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical brand experience, business analyst background.
