Strategic Account Manager - Market Access - S West / S Wales

They are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop the optimal environment conditions for their products. Anticipate and understand local NHS priorities and aligning these to the marketing and brand goals. Propose business recommendations and options to the business unit to ensure best in class account plans are created, implemented and assessed with appropriate actions assigned within the account team. They will be required to develop formularies, guidelines, patient pathways, service specifications, local commissioning/providers plans so that they include their product range in adherence to the PMCPA code of practice.
The ideal candidate will have Pharmaceutical sales experience in both primary and secondary care, with evidence of managing complex NHS decision making. They will be able to present evidence of formulary, guideline development alongside shaping the wider NHS environment with demonstrable evidence of the impact those changes had on sales, NHS goals and patient outcomes.
