Pf Survey

The Pf Company Perception, Motivation and Satisfaction Survey has been conducted annually by Health Sector Publishing, publishers of Pharmaceutical Field, since 2002. It provides a benchmark of pharmaceutical sales force remuneration, motivation, satisfaction, perception and recruitment, as well as details of CRM usage. The 2012 survey results are now available. One of the most significant aspects of the survey is the Employer of Choice section, which asks respondents to rank pharmaceutical companies based on their perception of them as employers, with the exception of the own company. The survey is managed by Dr B Payne of Conker Statistics (a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society) and all respondents are anonymous.
