  Pharmafield.co.uk and Pharmajobs.co.uk are suitable for any company wishing to promote themselves or their services to professionals within the pharmaceutical sales industry. Companies currently working with us include pharmaceutical companies, recruitment companies, training organisations, conference and events providers and all other relevant service providers.

  How do the job listings work?

  Recruiters are able to purchase jobs based on a location and category basis, so one job can be advertised in one location and in one category, but could also be posted several times in various locations or under various categories to increase potential applications. The number of combinations equals the number of jobs purchased. Our prices are based on packages of various sizes, from one job to an unlimited number of jobs, and all listings are active on the site for 28 days and are charged on a monthly basis, e.g. by purchasing unlimited job listings you are able to post as many vacancies as you like, but these must be used within the 28-day period from the day your account is activated.

  How quickly can my jobs be placed on Pharmajobs?

  Your vacancies will appear on the site on the same day as booking.

  For how long will my jobs be featured on the site?

  All job listings are active for 28 days. If the listing is not renewed by the end of the 28-day period, it will become inactive and be removed from the site.

  What’s the booking process?

  What will I need to supply?

  For a job listing and featured recruiter advert, we will need a company logo in jpeg or gif format (70x33 pixels preferred) and your text in a Word document.

  Banners need to be provided in either a Flash or animated gif file format (no file size restrictions). The size of the banner will vary depending on the position your have chosen.

• Advertiser guidelines

  Recruiter tips

  1. Job description – Providing a higher level of detail in your job descriptions will ensure that you get the best response to your postings on Pharmajobs. Feedback from candidates has shown that vacancies with minimal description can be seen as ‘fake jobs’
  2. Cross categorisation – By placing your jobs in as many categories and/or geographies as possible, you can ensure that they are viewed by the largest audience. (Please bear in mind that each category and/or geography you use will count as 1 job slot.)
  3. Detail in ‘Position’ and ‘Locality’ – Recruiters should bear in mind that candidates will only see the ‘Position’ and ‘Locality’ fields through their initial search and provide as much detail in these areas as possible.

  Uploading jobs

  1. After login you will be directed to your ‘Dashboard’. Here you can manage your vacancies, view statistics, upload applications and much more.
  2. You can find your vacancies by clicking the ‘Manage all vacancies’ button or the tab at the top entitled ‘Vacancies’ – from here you can search for your vacancies using the job title, ref, and date posted filters.
  3. Click on the “Quick Create” button.
  4. Under Details, enter a relevant reference number for the role.
  5. Complete the relevant boxes on the left hand side of this form. To select more than one category or region hold down 'Ctrl'.
  6. In the ‘Job Description’ section, please write the full job description
  7. The Contact section will use the details of whoever has logged in, or you can specify another consultant’s details
  8. Save changes and the job will be loaded onto the site

  Deleting/modifying jobs

  (Please note, jobs will be automatically deleted after they have been on the site for 28 days. You will receive an email notification 7 days before this is to take place and a final reminder before the job is removed.)

  1. Jobs will automatically appear on the left hand side of the Vacancies section of this page when they have been uploaded
  2. Tick the box next to the jobs you wish to delete or renew from the list and select ‘Renew’ or ‘Delete’ from the drop-down menu depending on which action you wish to take. Finally, click the box ‘Update’

  To view overall account stats

  1. Click the ‘Statistics’ tab at the top of the page
  2. Here you can view overall account applications and level of viewing in chart format for the past 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 12 months
  3. Excel format reports can also be generated for analysis by selecting “Export as CSV” button on the right of the charts

  Individual job stats

  1. Click on the job you wish to view statistics for
  2. You will be presented with 3 tabs at the top of the job details – the third is the statistics tab
  3. Once you have clicked this, you will be presented with viewings and applications received for this job role for the past 30 days

  Viewing applications

  1. You can view all your received applications by clicking on the top tab entitled ‘Job Applications’
  2. You will be presented with a list of applications in order of most recent
  3. You can search and filter your applications by entering your search criteria into ‘Your Ref’, ‘Role title’, and ‘Applied on date’
  4. Press the filter button.
  5. From the list of vacancies, click the applicants name or ‘download’ CV or cover letter in order to see more details of the application
  6. You are then able to download the applicants CV and covering letter by selecting the boxes on the top right

  Viewing applications for specific jobs

  1. These can be viewed by clicking onto an actual job name in the list of applications and then selecting the ‘Applications’ button above the job information

  Company profile

  1. Please press the ‘Company profile’ tab on the top bar
  2. Here you can manage your user details for your account
  3. If you have this facility activated, please complete the fields that follow (under “Company Information”) to create your profile page. The information entered here is displayed in the A-Z company directory on the front end of the site. This can be updated at any time
  4. If you do not have access to a Company profile, please contact the Sales Manager, on 0121 633 0044 to discuss how this can be made available to you

  CV bank

  1. If you have access to this option you can enter the CV bank by clicking on the top tab ‘CV bank’
  2. Please apply any of the filters that are applicable to your candidate search in order to streamline your search results
  3. If you do not have access to the CV bank, please contact the Sales Manager, on 0121 633 0044 to discuss how this can be made available to you
