Job Title:Training & Development Manager - Aesthetics Area Working: UK and Ireland - based Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire, West Midlands, Trent Product / Service: Dermal fillers for wrinkles Description (Person): For this role you will need to have training and / or management experience gained in the medical sector. Ideally you will be ABPI qualified. Any knowledge of the aesthetics market would be advantageous. Description (Job): This role has 2 key elements. You will be responsible for training a team of account managers across the UK. You will also have field sales management responsibility for the sales people in the North of England, Midlands and Scotland. Guiding, motivating and training the team in order to achieve the best results.
