We are currently seeking a Homecare Service Delivery Manager to work with various NHS Trusts throughout London supporting them in mobilising business opportunities with Healthcare at Home. You will play a key role in making a substantial contribution to the growth and success of the company, by the effective design and implementation of integrated Homecare Services and pharmacy service.
Responsible for ensuring that all current homecare services provided to the Trust are delivered effectively and efficiently, you will ideally have 2 years relationship management experience and an in depth knowledge of the homecare market.
