Star’s recruiting for a Senior Learning and Development Professional on behalf of a young and forward-thinking company that’s one of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world!

You’ll work with the Specialist Care Business Heads to identify, prioritise and agree the learning needs for Key Account Mangers and the specialist care division and develop learning interventions to ensure optimum delivery and effective outcomes. It’s important that you evaluate the learning programme impact, assess results and outcomes and report back to the business key learning and recommendations for next steps.

We’d like to speak to ABPI qualified professionals with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a successful sales record, preferably within key account management. You must have experience of training and developing others, and be able to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels within and external to the company.
