ReNeuron has appointed John Edward Berriman and Simon Christopher Cartmell as non-executive directors of the company.
The new directors will join Bryan Morton who is to replace Chairman Professor Jones on the Board.
Mr Morton says he is “delighted” to be taking on the position at an “exciting time in the company’s development” and thanked Professor Jones for his “consummate leadership”.
Professor Jones will step down on 1st August to establish and chair a Scientific and Strategic Advisory Group, which will assist the company in matters of scientific and commercial agenda. However, he will remain a non-executive director pending the establishment of the Advisory Group.
